Judy Flatt – President/CEO, Omega International Consulting and Training Credentials:

• Helped schools engaging in accreditation (SACS, AdvancED – parent organization for SACS, NCA, and CITA)

• Developed and coordinated agreements between and among multiple education agencies for the purpose of helping schools improve

My desire is to help schools and school organizations experience organic growth.  That begins with people within seeing the school or the organization not just as an organization, but as an organism – living and breathing, and constantly in a state of improvement.  Life is a journey.  If the journey is to be successful organizations must promote new and expansive patterns of thinking, and people who can continuously learn together.
