Omega International Consulting and Training was established for the purpose of helping organizations improve themselves.  Just as the world is experiencing profound changes – changes unparalleled since the Industrial Revolution, so are educational organizations.  Old values and organizations are breaking up and we are unsure what will replace them.  In order to survive – better yet, to improve – organizations must try to envision the future and the role they can play in it.  Organizations must acquire and improve their skills in the following areas:

Omega International Consulting and Training is poised to help educational organizations plan and organize for the future.  Each client is treated as an individual – as such, the first step is consultation, followed by the appropriate level(s) of training, with follow-up done as needed.  Because of the individualization of help, costs are figured in writing for each job, and all parties understand and agree prior to any work beginning.
