Synopsis

Quality leadership is what we desire for ourselves, but not always what we have.  The leadership model offered in this material is based on the concept of an iceberg.  With an iceberg it is what is below the waterline that determines where the iceberg will go.  So it is with leaders.  What is below the "waterline", what is at the core of the leader’s being is what will determine what the leader will be, and where he/she will go.  This portion will determine how the leader’s knowledge, skills, and experiences will be utilized.  Therefore, it becomes the essence of what needs to be developed.

This book takes a serious look at delving below the waterline to who we truly are, and who we can become when we take God on the journey with us, and allow him to be the leader of our lives.

This book is not for the shallow-hearted.  It is for those who desire to lead as God would have them to do.  It is for those who want to be authentic in their leading.
